If you are a first-time reader, welcome to Lora and Erics RV Adventure Blog. You can read about us at http://www.LoraandEricsRVAdventure.com. We started in December 2017 with a goal to complete 49 states before heading home to North Carolina.
Due to limited access to internet service and Verizon hotspot in Canada and Alaska we will be adding photos as we can. In the mean time we will continue to provide our RV adventure at each phase of our RV adventure in text.
We pack up early in order to stop by Tire Plus in Minot. We stay there for 45 minutes while they replace the spare tire with a new one. The mechanic believes the bearing may be slightly loose. He recommends getting it checked when we get back to North Carolina.
After leaving Tire Plus a 10:00 am we stop for fuel. Just before Fargo, ND we stop to eat at 281 Stop Bar & Restaurant. The joint is on ND-281. The bar is small and certainly locally run. We sit at the bar and have a nice conversation with the owner. We have a nice meal and conversation. Before we leave, we are introduced to some other locals that have a buffalo game ranch. Visitors can pay fee to hunt and shoot a buffalo.
We stop in West Fargo to fuel up again and search for a campground. We find Tipsinah Mounds Park Campground in Elbow Lake, MN.
The travel time from Roughriders Campground in Minot, ND to Tipsinah Mounds Park Campground in Elbow Lake, MN is 5h 31m (355 mi). Pulling the camper our travel time was 6h 11m along with the stops.

The campground is nearly empty. We arrive after the office is closed so the Ranger leaves the paperwork in the community room next to the coffee maker.
